Portneal Lodge, Kilrea is a 19 bedroom guest house with all the luxuries of home coupled with a quaint, peaceful and alluring river view.

The Lodge is nestled among seven acres of woodland which overlooks a generous and meandering stretch of the River Bann. Famous for its Angling, the river is full of Wild Salmon, Eels, and various other Coarse Fishing species.

Access

The entire ground floor of Portneal is fully accessible for Disabled guests. If you require an accessible room, we will guarantee a ground floor check-in for you upon reservation. Special care has been taken to make Portneal Lodge a friendly place for Disabled guests: all ground floor doorways are bigger to allow for easy wheelchair access; Wheelchair friendly en-suites in all accessible rooms; and an access ramp right at the front door.

WiFi

The entire Lodge is covered with Wireless Internet Access which is available by request at Reception. Ground floor rooms are recommended for business travellers requiring an excellent, hi-speed WiFi connection. Please note a WiFi fair use policy is in place.
